Schnecksville Fire Company Main Hall is available for rent for any and all occasions. Whether it be for a wedding reception, a birthday party, retirement party, or a family reunion, we have the facility for you. Our main hall can accomodate up to 300 people. We also have a smaller area than can handle up to 50 people- perfect for a youth association meeting or a birthday party. The main hall is available for rental with or without the meal plan. You are more than welcome to bring your own food or use the food services we provide. We have a full commercial kitchen that is able to handle any size banquet and we are very affordable. The Schnecksville Fire Company has been handling banquets of all types since 1930! Rental cost is $350 per day plus a $75 clean up fee (if applicable). We require a $450 deposit which includes $250 to hold the date and a $200 security deposit- which will be returned within 30 days if there are no damages.
If you are holding a banquet, our costs are $15.95 per person for adults; $10.95 for children 5-12 years old; children under 5 are no charge. The charges for a buffet are $11.95 per adult; children 5-12 are $9.95; and children under 5 are no charge. We do require a $450 security deposit for the banquet/buffet rental as well with the $250 holding fee being applied to the final cost and the $200 security deposit to be returned in 30 days as long as there is no damage.
Additional costs apply for cake cutting and serving, fountain rentals, bartenders, bingo callers, and there is an 18% gratuity added to the bill along with applicable sales tax.
