Main Hall

The Banquet Hall at Community Fire Co. No. 1 has been hosting banquets of all types since 1930 and is available for rent for any occasion. Whether it's a Wedding Reception, Birthday Parties, Baby Shower, Retirement Celebration or Family Reunion; our facility is perfect for your event! The banquet hall can accommodate up to 285 people with several different options to choose from to cater to your event.

Pavilion

The Pavilion at Community Fire Co. No. 1 is a heated, enclosed building situated about 400 feet behind our main building. It is best accessed by turning west at the traffic signal on Route 309 onto Old Packhouse Road, then turning right at the second driveway.

With plenty of parking, the facility is ideal for events such as picnics, parties, receptions, flea markets, auctions, sales events, and shows. The pavilion offers about 6,300 square feet (60' x 105') of floor space, including a raised stage, and features twelve overhead garage doors for both indoor and outdoor events. 

Rates will vary based on the type of event. The building contains 70 tables (2 ½ x 8 feet) and approximately 300 metal folding chairs. We have several items such as a bingo machine for additional rental charge and PA system is also available. Music and dancing are permitted until 10:00 PM, and the premises must be vacated by 10:59 PM.

A meeting to view our facilities can be arranged to determine if the facility meets your needs. 

No Outside Alcohol Permitted in any of our facilities per our Liquor License.

All fees for rental of the facilities benefits the Fire Company. The Schnecksville Community Fire Company membership is a non-profit and all funds help assist our emergancy responders.
